A yoga for everyone

Our main referent is the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya.

Within Sri Krishnamacharya's pedagogy, continued and developed by his son and disciple TKV Desikachar, the concept of VINIYOGA stands out, which consists of starting from the situation of each practitioner and progressing gradually and intelligently (vinyasa krama) towards the proposed end.

Types of yoga

Hatha


Our Hatha classes are based on the tradition of Sri Krisnamacharya.


They integrate physical postures (āsanas), breathing regulation exercises (pranāyama), along with attention-focusing techniques (Dhyana).


It is a practice that releases tension, improves breathing and helps silence mental activity, facilitating internalization.


Open to all levels.

Vinyasa

The Vinyasa yoga style is characterized by its way of performing the different postures. Dynamic practice with a variety of postures, all of them intertwined and to the rhythm of breathing.


This yoga practice vitalizes the entire organism, favoring all the muscular synergies of the whole body, providing strength, elasticity and coordination to the practitioner.

Open to all levels.

Yin

The Yin yoga style offers a type of practice in which the postures are performed statically, taking into account the energetic anatomy of the human body. The posture is maintained between 1 and 5 minutes, it does not require much muscular effort without ceasing to carry out intense and deep work.


This yoga technique gives flexibility to the whole body, working especially at the level of the fascias, capsules and ligaments. Harmonizes the entire energy system of the body.
